The Care Work of Museums
A big part of my work explores the research + praxis around the ethics of care in art museum education.
This is in conversation with the larger Museums + Health field and the ways in which museums can act as resources to improve individual and collective well-being.

Museums can play a significant role in a variety of health(care) issues, including: collaborating with hospitals, training medical professionals, or educating the public about health and wellness through exhibitions and programming

While through public health efforts offer one approach to promote people-centered work and care in museums, another pathway is through museological approaches.
